The record player in the room was unique. We enjoyed being able to go to the lobby grab more records and bring them without any issue back to the room. They had a great selection and although I didn't use the pool it looked great and was heated even in the winter.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Verb hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, their attention to detail was evident and truly remarkable. What stood out the most was how they went above and beyond to take care of my son. The staff at the Verb hotel made sure that all his needs were met and even anticipated some that we hadn't thought of. It was heartwarming to see the genuine care and dedication they showed towards him. I would like to give a special thanks to Carly Williams, who is clearly a current and future star in the industry. Carly's professionalism, warmth, and genuine concern for our comfort made our stay even more memorable. She went out of her way to ensure that every little detail was taken care of, making us feel like valued guests. The Verb hotel truly understands the importance of providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for their guests. MacKenzie and Alex made my birthday stay at The Verb unforgettable. They clearly love helping people celebrate—my name went up on the marquee, and I was officially crowned their “Rock Star of the Day.” I even got to sign a guitar for their permanent collection (yes, seriously!). Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm were phenomenal. They made me feel truly seen and celebrated. If you’re looking for a place where people go the extra mile just because they love what they do, this is it. You won’t be in pursuit of joy here—you’ll find it, right there in your backstage room, spinning vinyl and gazing out at Fenway Park, the heated pool (yes, even when it’s chilly!), or one of the nearby restaurants.

Location is excellent and only real full service hotel near Fenway park. The valet parking is very convenient and worth the extra money. Staff are very friendly and professional and there was always sufficient staff on hand day and night. The restaurant is nice but I was surprised to see that they closed at 9pm. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean.

The decor was retro rock ‘n’ roll, and it was so cool! Each room had a turntable and you had hundreds of vinyl records that you could choose from in the lobby to bring back to your room. The staff were phenomenal. Jake was extremely helpful. The restaurants were awesome with a delicious burger. The free breakfastwas more than your norm. The croissants were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it will be my go to place when in Boston.

I rarely write reviews for hotels, but my stay at Verb Hotel in Boston definitely deserves one. This was my first trip to the U.S., and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. THE VERB HOTEL EXCEDEED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS — from the wonderful atmosphere to the amazing staff and delicious breakfast. The rock’n’roll theme with vinyl records in every room made it even more special. The perfect choice for anyone visiting Boston! I really miss you guys there. Greetings from Ireland!

What's not to like! The Location, Comfort, Services, Food , Cleanliness ,Atmosphere, complimentary coffee and water ,huge vinyl record collection to use and bring to your room , great room safe , great shower, quiet later at night.....there's just nothing I can fault at this gem of a hotel... And on top of this you then add the nicest, friendliest , coolest staff on the planet ...this hotel is a MUST stay. Special mention to Carley Williams on the front desk who was the nicest , friendliest and coolest of them all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks again Carley and the Verb for an unforgettable experience 👌

There is a a RECORD PLAYER In every room! And you can pick from hundreds of records to play! It absolutely made the trip. Despite traveling for work, having records to play while I was working made it so much more fun. Definitely one of the most fun hotels I have ever stayed at. It was cute without being kitschy. They also had an amazing breakfast (read full size bakery quality pastries like chocolate croissants, waffles cooke to order, grab and go, etc.) Claudia was noted as the the housekeeper for my room and it was spotless.

Everything was beyond our expectation. Great place to stay. Staff was superb. The rock/music theme was very well achieved. Interesting memorabilia. A guitar in the lobby for any guest who may be willing to play it. The LP selection to choose from and bring to the room. The breakfast selection was also very well chosen, lots of options to choose from. I was a little bit concern about music being played in every room but the hotel and the room was quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.
